Shipping & Delivery:
D & D Shoppe uses Skynet, ABX Express, & Pos Malaysia as our
courier companies due to the reliability and efficiency of their
services. Please read the Delivery Notes below to understand how shipping method is being allocated due to different locations.
Delivery Notes:

We
subscribe to SKYNET and ABX Courier Service for our West Malaysia
customers, whereas Pos Malaysia will be selected for East Malaysia
customers.

We will send out the items on the following day (exclude non-working day) upon receiving the payment.

Both SKYNET and ABX Courier Service only operate from Monday to Friday, hence no shipment will be send out during the weekends.

Please kindly inform us if the items do not show up within the specific duration as mentioned.
Skynet:

1 to 3 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)

Receiver shall contact SKYNET office @ 03-56239090 if the parcel is not arrive after 3 days

It is secure as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving

Items shipped in SKYNET standard packaging

SKYNET is preferred as the courier company for any West Malaysia buyer

Location of the parcel/package and posting date can be tracked using SKYNET Tracking System
ABX Express:

1 to 3 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)

Receiver shall contact ABX office @ 03-77116688 if the parcel is not arrive after 3 days

It is secure as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving

Items shipped in ABX Courier Service is in standard packaging

ABX Courier Service is preferred as the courier company for West Malaysia buyer

Location of the parcel/package and posting date can be tracked using ABX Tracking System
Pos Malaysia (Pos Laju):

3-4 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)

Receiver shall contact POS MALAYSIA office @1300300300 if the parcel is not arrive after 4 days

It is secure as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving

Items shipped in Pos Malaysia Courier Service is in standard packaging

Pos Malaysia Courier Service is preferred as the courier company for East Malaysia buyer

Location of the parcel/package and posting date can be tracked using Pos Malaysia Tracking System
Pos Malaysia (E Parcel):

14-21 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)

Receiver shall contact POS MALAYSIA office @1300300300 if the parcel is not arrive after 21 days

It is secure as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving

Items shipped in Pos Malaysia Courier Service is in standard packaging

Pos Malaysia Courier Service is preferred as the courier company for East Malaysia buyer

Location of the parcel/package and posting date can be tracked using Pos Malaysia Tracking System

Process of Delivery:
- All orders will be sent out during weekdays except during Public Holiday via trusted and reliable courier service as below.
- You will receive tracking code once your order has been posted out.
- To ensure speedy and punctual delivery
of package,please provide correct and complete details such as
address,postcode,city,state and contact number.
- For interbank payment, the order only
will be processed once the transaction of payment is complete which
usually takes about 2-3 working days.
